This machine not only makes great tasting nice sized pancakes in a hurry, but I also use it to make breakfast sandwiches! I make griddle cake sandwiches and muffin sandwiches and my family just LOVES them. You make perfect sized pancakes, perfect sized eggs, and perfect sized sausage in this one machine and it makes the perfect sized griddle sandwich, or if you prefer you can put the egg and sausage on a muffin! They cook in a matter of minutes. I make several of them at one time then wrap them in saran wrap and foil and freeze them for when my family needs a quick grab breakfast. I love this machine.
